We use safe and fast shipping methods to ensure that your ordered items arrived on time and in good condition. Parcel Tracking
If you selected to ship via Normal Airmail service, for any purchase more than USD $15 (including shipping fee), we’ll automatically ship your parcel with Registered service. It provides a tracking number for you to see it status during transit. If it is the case you should receive the tracking number inside the shipping notification email from us.
If you selected to use EMS SpeedPost and DHL Express services, they have the air waybill number (i.e. tracking number) for each parcel. You should receive the air waybill / tracking number inside the shipping notification email from us.
 
Ship via Registered Airmail, Air Parcel and EMS SpeedPost service
  • Visit the Hong Kong Post website below, put in your tracking number. It shows whether your parcel has been departed from Hong Kong to your country, or other detail status. http://www.hongkongpost.com/eng/tracking/
  • For Registered Airmail, only the departed status can be show in Hong Kong Post website. For more detail status, it depends on the service of your local post office. Some countries will provide detail tracking for Registered Airmail online, but some countries don’t. From the drop-down list on the tracking result page, select your destination country and click Enter. This will bring you to your local post office website. Please read on the list which mail type(s) is/are supported for each country. Usually only EMS SpeedPost tracking is supported worldwide.
  • You can also visit or call up your local post office and tell them the tracking number. The officer should be able to tell you the status of your parcel.
  • The usually shipping time is 10 – 20 days. It also varies depending on 1) the custom clearance speed of your country, 2) local posting service and 3) the number of hubs to pass through. In most of the case it won't take longer than 1 month. If you can’t see your parcel arrive in 3 weeks, contact your local post office to check the parcel status. If you still have no clue, please contact us: sales@feppaspot.com. We’re definitely willing to help you.

Product Return
Your satisfaction is always our top concern. If you receive the product is factory defected, damaged during post or even wrong item, please contact technical support via above section in 3 days after the parcel arrived. We will take appropriate actions to solve the problem for you.
Please do not ship back the product before contact our technical support. FeppaSpot, our suppliers and manufacturers will have the final decision on validating of the warranty. Customer will bear the shipping cost of returning the defected item(s), and FeppaSpot will bear the shipping cost of sending back the replacement item(s).
