Q: Will you ship to my Country?
A: We ship Worldwide, virtually all Countries we covered.
  • Except Antarctica, we ship 230+ countries around the world including Europe, North and South America, Australia, Africa and Asia, as your country has mailing service available.
Q: Which Shipping Methods I can choose?
A: We can ship via Air parcel, EMS SpeedPost or DHL Express etc.
  • We can ship your order via Air parcel, EMS SpeedPost or DHL which is totally depends on your choice. Air parcel and EMS SpeedPost are offered by Hong Kong Post - the reliable and effective posting service. You’ll be prompted to select Air parcel or EMS SpeedPost during checking.
  • As a pro-long partner from DHL, they offered good rate to us. Please contact us for the fee of using DHL Express service.
Q: What is the Fastest / Cheapest way to get my items?
A: To get your items Fastest, use DHL Express or EMS SpeedPost; to get your items Cheapest, use Air Parcel service.
  • Air Parcel always gives the best rate for shipping but it takes relatively longer time during transits. If you want to get the items sooner possible, better choose EMS SpeedPost or DHL Express. DHL Express service usually offers smoother custom clearance that further shortens the delivery time.
Q: How long does it take to ship my items?
A: For Air Parcel, 7 – 14 days; for EMS SpeedPost or DHL Express, 3 – 4 days.
  • Every business day, post office will collect all the parcels received and send to airport mailing center for further process. They’ll try to pick the earliest flight to ship the parcel. When the parcel arrived in your country, it will be sent for custom clearance. Then the parcel will go through your local mailing system and distribute to your place. The overall procedure for Air Parcel usually takes 7 – 14 days. Some customers in UK or US can even get the parcel in 5 days. The major delay is due to custom inspection only. (Note: Due to custom inspection in Italy, the air parcel delivery time to Italy may take as long as 3 weeks)
  • EMS SpeedPost is a kind of courier service so it usually takes only 3 – 4 days to deliver your place.
  • DHL Express, it usually takes only 3 - 4 days to deliver your place. DHL has their benefit on doing custom clearance procedure. For some countries they may have more restricted custom situation (like Italy) that will lead to extra delay. In this case we highly recommend you select DHL Express service to ensure the fastest delivery time.
  • Please notice that no matter using what kind of mailing services, one major reason for delay is because of custom inspection. FeppaSpot really can’t guarantee and control that. But we’ll try our best to declare the items and value for you to let the parcel easier pass through custom check without extra delay.
Q: Does shipment provide Tracking?
A: Yes, Tracking Number and Detail Shipping Information will be provided after dispatched.
  • For any purchase more than USD $15 (including shipping fee), we’ll automatically ship your order with Registered Airmail service. It will provide a tracking number for your reference and see its status during transit.
  • For EMS SpeedPost and DHL Express services, for sure they’ll have the air waybill number (i.e. tracking number) for each order. We’ll definitely let you know.
  • Every evening after our shipping team dispatched the orders, we’ll send you the shipping notification email. The email contains the detail information of shipping and also the tracking number for your reference.
Q: When will you dispatch my items?
A: We usually dispatch in 3 – 24 hrs after payment clear.
  • All listed products are available on shell, unless specified clearly that those items are pre-ordered or back ordered status. We’ll not list products which are not available in our store. You’ll not be shocked by receiving a message that your ordered item is not available.
  • We know you should be excited for your ordered items. Since we dispatch orders every business day, we’ve no reason to hold your order for longer time. Our team will try hard to shorten our processing time. We usually dispatch in 3 – 24 hrs, and we guarantee that we’ll not take longer than 2 business days to dispatch.
Q: Where your store located?
A: We located in Hong Kong, the outbound hub of China and Asia Pacific.
  • Hong Kong, the major logistic hub, it shortens the distance and time between our partner factories and our warehouse. We benefits from the inexpensive logistic cost and lower labor cost those enable us to bring the best competitive pricing products to you in seconds.
Q: How will you pack my ordered items?
A: We well pack your items to ensure anti: 1) Pressure, 2) Impact and 3) Shock during transit.
  • We really don’t want to see you received damaged items when you received your parcel. Our shipping team is well trained and they have the experience to pack your items well to prevent postage damage.
  • We’ll first warp your items by bubble sheet. This will help to absorb any shock. Then we’ll use thick foam board to make a foam container for the items to prevent pressure and impact. Finally we warp outer with thick kraft paper. As the result your parcel is light in weight to save your postage fee but also provides excellence all round protection during shipping.
Q: Do I need to pay Import Tax or Duty for my items?
A: More than 99% of our customers don’t need to pay any import tax or duty, due to our experienced custom declaration.
  • We won't include tax and duty in your purchase order, because difference countries have difference situations. Buyer requires handling the tax and duty with your local custom. However, we'll help you out to pass through the custom easily.
    • We declare the items as "Gift".
    • We declare lower value for the items but it still looks reasonable.
    • We write a proper item description that will not confuse the custom that gives them honest and safe feeling to let the parcel pass.
    • We will not put any company logo on the parcel and we use personal name as return address. This will look like a personal gift.
    • We will not attach invoices in most of the case, excepted for some countries which are required.
  • As the result, only some rare case, custom will check the parcel and they may call your for tax or duty when releasing the parcel to you. In most of the case you items can be delivered promptly without trouble by custom.
Q: I want Upgrade to EMS SpeedPost or DHL Express after I paid for Normal shipment, what should I do?
A: Contact us immediately to request shipment upgrade.
  • Since we’ll prepare your items for ship once we received your payment. If you want to upgrade postage service to EMS SpeedPost or DHL Express, please try to contact us sooner possible to let us know before we dispatched your items. After that we’ll quote you the additional fee and send you invoice for the difference for upgrade the shipping service.
Q: What should I do if my items still not yet arrive in 2 weeks?
A: You can check parcel status by tracking number and contact your local post office.
  • In case you can’t receive your parcel in 2 weeks. Please don’t be worry first. It is rare case that the parcel will get lost. For most possible reason of delay should be custom inspection.
  • If we sent you via normal airmail without registered, please give maximum 4 weeks to let the parcel pass through the custom check for delivery. You can also contact us to let us know the situation first.
  • If we sent via registered airmail, air parcel, you’ll receive the tracking number. You can see the parcel status by entering the tracking number in Hong Kong Post website or even your local post office website. If you see the tracking information showed the parcel left Hong Kong airport to your country. Then the parcel should be now handled by your country's Post Office. As it is a registered parcel so it should be able to track. Also, sometimes the postman already tried to deliver to your place but no one answer the door, please check if the postman left you or your family member the notice or not.
  • I recommend you can also give a phone call to your local post office to check the parcel status by refer to its tracking number. After that please also let us know how the parcel situation is. If you have difficulties on tracking the parcel in your side, we can also help you to start investigate via Hong Kong post office.
  • It is nearly impossible for EMS SpeedPost or DHL Express parcel to be delayed for 2 weeks. Please contact us for further assistant.
  • I know you should anxious for the parcel. We do hope that it can arrive on you as quick as possible so that you can enjoy. Thank you so much for your patience.
Q: Do I need to buy Insurance for my items?
A: General speaking, you don’t need buy insurance for your items, except your order is very expansive.
  • EMS SpeedPost and DHL Express services are extremely safe. So far we never have a case of parcel damage or parcel lost. We don’t recommend you buy insurance if you ship with their services. Air parcel is also very safe, because it has tracking number to track the status. Unless you’ve ordered quite a large amount, and your country is having unstable situation or higher thief rate, then you can consider buying insurance for your order. (Note: FeppaSpot could not guarantee the 3rd party delivery service. In case of parcel lose, although very rare, we could not bear the responsibility for parcel compensation.)
  • If you would like to buy insurance for your order, please contact us. The insurance fee will start from USD $2 depends on the weight and the value to cover.
Q: Will you ship to APO or FPO address?
A: Yes, we ship APO or FPO address via normal airmail.
  • Since USPS doesn't accept registered airmail to send APO and FPO address. In this case, we must use normal airmail to send you. However, normal airmail doesn't come with tracking number so it is unable to track. If there is some bad luck during the shipment, the parcel may lose. Of course, it is only a very tiny chance to be happened. But if it is the case, we're sorry that we could not bear the responsibility because of 3rd party service. We're happy to process your order immediately if you think it is OK for us to send via normal airmail to your APO or FPO address. But if you think you can't accept that, please provide us another normal US address. We'll use registered airmail to send. Or we can refund your paid order to you.

Q: Why your price is relatively cheaper than other stores?
A: We run low profit margin strategy to move more volume.
  • We rather prefer higher product moving rate instead of higher profit margin. This will favor to our customer - you. We try our best to lower our profit margin to win your order. At the same time we can have higher moving rate. This is a win-win situation. As the result we can get quantity discount from manufacturers and also lower our operation cost and further reduce the price for you.
Q: How do you calculate the Shipping Price for my ordered items?
A: We calculate the shipping price based on their total Weight of the items inside your cart.
  • We do combine shipping to save your postage fee on multiple items. Our pricing system is simple and clear. The total amount you need to pay is only consists of item price + shipping and handling fee. No any other hidden or tricky fee. You can preview the shipping and handling fee from your cart before confirmed the order. Our shipping price is honest and fair to you. We calculate the shipping price based on the overall items’ weight in your shopping cart. By using this method we can manage to minimize the shipping fee for no matter single and multiple items that you’ve ordered.
Q: Which Payment Methods I can choose?
A: We prefer PayPal, the easiest payment method so far. Or you can select to pay by Western Union and Bank Wire Transfer via SWIFT.
  • If you have credit card, the best way is to pay by PayPal. Having a PayPal account is not required. However, if you have a PayPal account, you can pay by your PayPal balance and manage your money in PayPal easier. If you don’t have credit card, you can also transfer money from bank to us via PayPal in certain countries too. But if PayPal is not an option for you, please read the following Q & A.
Q: I don’t have PayPal, how can I pay you?
A: We accept Western Union and Bank Wire Transfer via SWIFT.
  • If PayPal is not an option for you, you can select to send payment to us via Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer. For Western Union, you just need to send the payment via your local Western Union kiosk. For Bank Wire Transfer, you can visit your local bank to transfer the payment to us together with the handling fee that our bank charged us. We don’t recommend using Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer to pay small amount because they’ve minimum handling fee. To use Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer payment, please contact us after checkout.
Q: Will you list items not in your warehouse?
A: No, all the items you can see for sales are ready for ship immediately.
  • All listed products are available on shell, unless specified clearly that those items are pre-ordered or back ordered status. We’ll not list products which are not available in our warehouse. You’ll not be shocked by receiving a message that your ordered item is not available.

Q: Can I get warranty from my purchased products?
A: Yes sure. All products we provide factory warranty.
  • We got our products via official channel either from manufacturers or distributors that why we’ve confidence on the quality of our products. We are backing up directly by the manufacturers for RMA. We can offer factory warranty that inherited from factory. Please refer to each product description for warranty period and condition.
Q: What are the procedures in case of return?
A: We always care your purchased items. Please contact us if the items you think is not function properly.
  • We just want to make the return procedures simple for the convenience of our valued customers. If it is proved to be factory defect or damage via postal, we're willing to exchange another new item for you.
